Tracy worked for a high street bank for over 41 years across a number of locations in the West Midlands, and Warwickshire. He worked extensively with business in all sectors, helping the business owners and managers to achieve their growth and profitability aspirations. In the latter stages of his career he became an Area Business Manager, having line management responsibility for a number of Business Managers in both Birmingham and Warwickshire.
As a front line Commercial Relationship Manager, he has first-hand experience of structuring a wide range of financial solutions from start-ups to well established companies with multi million pound turnovers. Tracy has many contacts in the professional and financial markets and recognises the need for efficient and quality service at competitive rates.
Tracy is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
